Returns are accepted with the exception of artwork and DVD audio files. All returns will be by the original method of payment if returned item (s) are received within 30 days of shipment. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and original condition, unless the merchandise was defective. If the merchandise was damaged in delivery, please go to www.usps.com and file a claim. If you need to exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping costs and any price difference associated with the exchange. Items returned without an invoice (or without the information contained in the invoice) cannot be processed for return, and will be returned to you at your cost. We will issue you a credit for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our part related to your order.
